Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan received a delegation headed by Johan Vanderplaetsen, Schneider Electric President for Russia and the CIS.
The Prime Minister welcomed the French company’s initiative to do business and implement investment projects in our country. Hovik Abrahamyan said there are wide opportunities available in Armenia’s energy sector.
Thankful for the reception, Johan Vanderplaetsen noted that they had explored the possibilities of implementing investment projects in Armenia and stressed that there are favorable conditions for electricity production. He went on to emphasize that they are planning to bring the Company’s technology to Armenia, use the latest production technologies and train the necessary personnel in cooperation with universities.
Hayk Sargsyan, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management of YSU, Doctor of Economics, Professor is convinced that the high level of constitutionalism is the guarantee of economic development of Armenia.
